Master "Law and Business in Europe" - 2011
The University Institute of European Studies and the Centre for Studies on Federalism in the framework of the post-graduate programme "Law & Business in Europe” are pleased to introduce the Autumn School 2011 on: “Management and Eco-innovation with EU Law”.
The Autumn School 2011 is organised in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin and the Turin Chamber of Commerce, under the auspices of the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), the European Policy Centre and the European Training Foundation
The Course, organised thanks to the essential financial support of the Compagnia di San Paolo, will be held from 7 to 25 November 2011, at the Collegio Carlo Alberto in Moncalieri (Torino, Italy).
The course aims at providing participants with some instruments and skills to identify, plan and implement business strategies in order to minimize adverse consequences and to increase positive effects of legal measures.
The programme will focus, inter alia, on: EU role for business innovation; business law and European market; management within European market; strategic tax planning and European law; corporate finance and investment banking in Europe; EU competition law; EU eco-innovation policy; innovation management.
The Autumn School is particularly designed to appeal to young graduates and professionals from all over the world, dealing with the opportunities of the European institutional framework and the demands of European business.
The training approach includes frontal lectures, practical cases presented by experts, a complementary module on innovation management and a final workshop in which participants are part of a role play where the counterparts are innovative companies with the task of planning, implementing and evaluating an innovation strategy within a management game.
